In the spirit of brotherhood and in an effort to bring unity across religious faiths, a Christian has donated food items worth thousands of Naira and a bull to the Muslim community in Kala’a town of Adamawa State, Nigeria. Justice Nathan Musa who is a serving high court judge in Adamawa State, donated the items as a mark of respect for the fasting of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The gesture which is very rare will rekindle and cement the cordial relationship that existed between Muslims and Christians prior to the Boko Haram insurgency. It would also endear Muslims to their Christian brothers and sisters in the area.
Wealthy individuals and those in position of authority have been encouraged emulate the gesture of Justice Nathan Musa by accommodating everyone so that peace and unity can reign in Nigeria and the world.
